G33L Double Feed grinding machine

It adopts a compact horizontal single X-axis + double Z-axis 3-axis rail layout, suitable for internal and external cylindrical grinding of medium and small-sized parts. The Z2 axis is equipped with an Angle adjustment function, with an adjustment range of 0 to 10°. The equipment is equipped with three sets of moving shafts, which can be customized according to customer needs to achieve different combinations of grinding such as inner hole + inner circle, inner hole + outer circle, inner conical hole + inner straight hole, and inner conical hole + foreign hole. When equipped with foreign grinding wheels, the maximum diameter of the grinding wheel can reach 350mm, ensuring grinding efficiency. The bed is cast from high-grade HT300 material, with strong structural stability. The interior of the machine adopts a full-cycle water-cooling layout to enhance the thermal stability of the equipment. All grinding spindles adopt high-power and high-rigidity electric spindles to ensure grinding efficiency. It is equipped with a standard oil mist collector, providing a good in-machine processing environment
