1. Both the worktable spindle and the grinding wheel spindle adopt a vertical structure, which makes it easier to align when grinding large workpieces, significantly shortening the preparation process. With a single clamping, the inner and outer circles as well as the end face grinding can be completed, effectively ensuring the processing accuracy.

2. Compared with the previous horizontal structure, the vertical structure avoids the bending deformation of the worktable spindle and workpiece caused by weight, thus making it easier to achieve high precision.

3. The X-axis is fully closed-loop controlled by a grating ruler with a resolution of 0.0001mm to prevent errors caused by thermal deformation and expansion of the ball screw. At the same time, combined with the equipped coolant temperature management device, the temperature of the coolant flowing into the equipment is controlled to the greatest extent, minimizing the overall thermal deformation of the equipment to achieve higher processing stability.

4. Grinding wheel dresser: Diamond roller dresser.

5. The grinding wheel shaft can achieve two position changes of 0 degrees and 22.5 degrees, thus enabling the switching and use of flat grinding wheels and inclined grinding wheels. This should be applied to different processing scenarios to achieve higher processing efficiency.

6. Motor: The X, Z axes and turntable are all driven by Siemens servo motors, which are stable and reliable.

7. Probe: Tokyo Seiko.

8. Cooling constant temperature system: An oil cooler is used to continuously cool the electric spindle to achieve a constant temperature, reducing the impact of spindle thermal deformation on processing accuracy.

9. Filtration system: A magnetic separator combined with paper belt filtration is adopted to ensure the cleanliness of the grinding fluid.

10. The ATC tool magazine can be equipped with six types of grinding wheels that match the processing capacity of the equipment, enabling automatic tool changing and reducing tool replacement time.
