Cylindrical follow-up grinding machine
1. The X-axis adopts high-precision hydrostatic guide rails. The guide rails have no mechanical contact with the worktable, which can ensure extremely high feed feedback accuracy, with a feed accuracy of 0.0001mm
2. The hydrostatic guide rail structure can demonstrate excellent walking stability, suppress vibration, and achieve a sufficiently high surface finish
3. The X-axis is driven by a linear motor, further avoiding mechanical contact with the cabin. As a result, the entire X-axis worktable and the bed have no mechanical contact at all, improving the accuracy of the entry. Higher dimensional stability and surface smoothness can be achieved
4. The Z-axis uses V-flat rails, which still maintain sufficient rigidity during heavy cutting, reducing the impact of deformation on the processing
5. The X-axis and Z-axis are equipped with high-precision grating rulers from Heidenhain, with a resolution of 0.0001mm, and are fully closed-loop controlled in conjunction with the operating system
6. The workpiece shaft is driven by a DD motor and, in conjunction with a control system, is equipped with a follow-up grinding function, enabling the grinding of irregular shapes such as elliptical rings and polygons
7. The grinding wheel shaft is a high-precision electric spindle with an external circulation oil-cooled structure, ensuring a sufficiently high processing linear speed
8. The X-axis can be equipped with a D0 motor turntable and an internal grinding wheel shaft to achieve the function of internal and external compound grinding
9. It can be equipped with a fine-tuning tailstock or a permanent magnetic chuck, and different clamping methods can be switched according to the style of the machined parts
10. Equipped with a measuring instrument system, it can automatically align the starting point of blanking when not performing four blanking operations, avoiding poor grinding caused by clamping errors
